Evicide® Butylene Glycol eco combines hydration, solubilization and preservation support in one ingredient. It improves skin moisture while maintaining a light, non-tacky feel. Its solvent properties enhance the performance and distribution of actives. Additionally, it supports ingredient penetration and boosts antimicrobial systems by reducing water activity. The result: efficient, mild formulations.

Applications

Evicide® Butylene Glycol eco is suitable for a wide range of leave-on and rinse-off products, including creams, serums, toners, gels, and cleansers. Thanks to its flexibility and pH-independence, it integrates easily into modern formulations and processing conditions. It simply can be added to the water phase and is suitable for hot & cold processes. Dosage: Humectant/Solvent: 3.0 – 8.0% Preservative Booster: 7.5 – 10.0%
